Fast, efficient and easy to understand
Good to deal with in the beginning but money rip-off when I had to convert my property into rental. I had to move my insurance to other better priced company. It was unprofessional that they will ask you to sign an agreement without giving you the revised quote and then they say the inflated new price is binding. On top of this they misplaced my first application but they charged the increased rental rate since the first application was made. Ridiculous and rip off
