I would not recommend renting from Waypoint homes, now called invitation homes, to anyone. This company does not care about tenants' satisfaction or providing a good service to them. I rented a home managed by this company and it took them a long time to send someone to get anything fixed no matter simple the work needed to be done was. Once, their computer system was down. This company does not care about their homes. There was a vacant home of theirs up for rent in the neighborhood that was soon broken into and occupied by vagrants. The local police department offered to help clear the house immediately, but the company ignored them and chose to go through the court system- a process that would take months to get the same results.
