In all honesty, they suck real bad. I stay with them bc I have found the one good provider possible, but if it wasn’t for that? They never answer the phones, they are always rude, constantly act like you’re the problem when you are going to THEM for HELP. Honestly, just don’t get entangled with this practice if you can help it.
I'm very happy with the changes that have been made with the receptionists. That was my only issue back then. They are now very nice and very helpful. I'm now not expecting rudeness from unprofessional front desk/ receptionists. The Dr's there that treat their patients are amazing! Dr Waynik basically saved my life! Jordan is wonderful and I look forward to seeing him. Thank you Waynik group.. The Doctors were never an issue, it was rude receptionists. Thank you....
Hes good but the front staff is not helpful kind or friendly on the phone.
Found him in tilly impressive but ineffectual over long term, cannot recommend.
