I would not recommend this place. My experience felt dishonest and extremely frustrating. I gave them my insurance information, and when I was leaving, the front desk tried to charge me $385. I asked, “That’s with insurance?” The woman responded, “Oh, let me check.” She came back and said the charge would actually be $124. That still didn’t seem right because my copay is $50, and I had recently had a surgery that left me with no deductible. TERRIBLE! If you’re looking for an office that cares and prioritizes their patients this is not the place for you. Money is their only priority. I will never return to this office again. A 1 star rating is too generous. If I could leave a 0 I would!
Validating the 'Weakest Link' rule... However, currently I have been fortunate to get a very capable and helpful staff member when I called. One rat dropping does NOT spoil a whole pot of rice, but it sure creates discord. And as almost all of the reviews state, the doctors are great, it's some staff that makes it a bad experience. Not mentioning the staff members name for her own good. But we go there for a reason.
