I'd give 0 if I could. Was charged a co pay on arrival. Received an Explanation of Benefits from my provider showing my responsibility was 0. Clearly they received notice before I did yet refund came only after I asked about it. The "practitioner" I saw put in a diagnose code that wasn't accurate for what I discussed. All I was told when I said how disappointed I was, was :I'm sorry you feel that way" Very poor practice. Go anywhere else!

Revolving door psychiatrist- doesn’t do proper evaluations or follow ups, just writes a prescription and takes the money. He’ll lose his license shortly
Very rude unprofessional receptionists both of them Lizzie and the other "god like employee" that has the right to speak to mental health patient in a triggering way and caused a manic episode. Just to be punished and has the right to tell me they have right to wait 48 hours to send it whether I like it or not. My husband has been going to the Waynik Group for years first seeing Cyril and then Mark. They have always helped and supported him with multiple issues! His receptionist in the Fairfield office named Lizzy is super caring and takes the time to support all clients as well! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
