My husband has been going to the Waynik Group for years first seeing Cyril and then Mark. They have always helped and supported him with multiple issues! His receptionist in the Fairfield office named Lizzy is super caring and takes the time to support all clients as well! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I like Dr. Gauvin but the staff supervisor would not allow me to see him permanently because I started with someone else. I couldn’t get an appointment with Dr. Waynik for 3 months out.
The office manager Maya was less than accommodating and told me to "take my daughter elsewhere." This is actually medical malpractice for their practice andDr Waynik should really speak with them. The mistake was on their end by scheduling an telehealth appointment incorrectly and this was her response to me. When I said things going to be a problem for you she said she was reporting me. I would not recommend this place. My experience felt dishonest and extremely frustrating. I gave them my insurance information, and when I was leaving, the front desk tried to charge me $385. I asked, “That’s with insurance?” The woman responded, “Oh, let me check.” She came back and said the charge would actually be $124. That still didn’t seem right because my copay is $50, and I had recently had a surgery that left me with no deductible. TERRIBLE! If you’re looking for an office that cares and prioritizes their patients this is not the place for you. Money is their only priority. I will never return to this office again. A 1 star rating is too generous. If I could leave a 0 I would!
