Very rude on the phone. Had a delay on the phone call and she rudely asked “can I talk” after explaining what happened just hung up.
Unlike medical offices I’ve used in the past, Waynesville’s VA outpatient clinic is friendly, hospitable, and is wonderfully supportive. The front office staff are never too busy to smile and greet patients in a warm and inviting manner. They go above and beyond the call of duty to find solutions to the most unusually issues. The medical and behavioral staff are top-class and both friendly and professional, seemingly driven to make sure every vet is happy and healthy. This is a wonderful resource for us vets!
Horrible. Women at the front talk to veterans in such a disrespectful way. Crazy that the other VA employees confirm it and try to get you to complain but when you do nothing happens. But as long as they stay comfy on there chairs with there yeti’s life is good. They don’t care about Veterans at all in my opinion. Doctors act like you owe them something and god forbid you actually start expressing your concerns… if you can’t get it out in a 20 minute appointment just shut up and deal with it.
