dr. sean was very informative and friendly, took his time to explain things to me
i usually have good visits here, but this one was NOT. I had to come back for a re-pap because the Dr did not get enough cells, and then i sat in the room for 50 minutes waiting for the dr to come in to see me. I was not a fill in, and now they tell me i may be billed for the re-test!!! I dont see why i would be, NOT my fault i had to return
RecommendedI've been to WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital from everything from severe dehydration from the flu to stitches to general surgeries and have always been treated like I was one of the family and was never released until I felt much better and instructions on what to expect during my recovery and who to contact in case of any questions or concerns.

I've been waiting in this room for an hour to see the doctor. they want the patient on time but they are an hour late. very frustrating
They tried to kill me with latex even though all over my chart it states latex allergy - and it happened more than once in the same visit

RecommendedI would love to personally thank Tom for his professional and caring help omg the recovery of my hand surgery. The entire office staff and Tom were always pleasant and welcoming making my experience a great way of getting the use of my hand back! I highly recommend this location for anyone needing Physical Therapy.
Wonderful experience today! I got there 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment because I was in the area and figured I’d just wait. They took me early, I got my diagnosis and was out of there all before my scheduled appt was suppose to happen. Sean Gaffney is a great doctor. Very nice, fast and easy to talk to.
