Was scolded by staff via a phone call for not following up with another doctors out of a practice I don't like. No wonder they have such poor reviews! And its quite hilarious that the only replies to these reviews are the positive ones. It doesn't appear they address the complaints listed on review system.
Took my husband here Dec 18. Work sent him there. He got hurt at work . The lady at the desk said you need appointment. I said for a worker comp. She said I don't care what it is. I said he had 24 hours to have these papers fill out. She said that's not my problem. Do you want appointment. Really. She was very rude. Should not work at the front desk. We left.
The customer service when you call to make an appt is ridiculous... this woman could not have been more rude. It's every time I call them. It so unprofessional and disrespectful. If you hate your job that much find another one!!!!! I just need an appt... dang!!!!!
My daughter sees dr Jackie and she is sooooo kind and patient! We live closer to other drs offices but make a drive just to go here. The staff are extremely kind and we’ve never had an issue!
