Our rental company hired Wayne’s roofing, and I was surprised looking them up at all of the 5 star reviews. Our rental company typically hires companies who give us a “landlord special”. After having them out to fix a small leak on our roof I’m not surprised they were hired by our rental company. The communication was the first thing I noticed was unprofessional.
