Great Customer Service. The person who came was professional and knowledgeable.
Service was woefully incomplete. Technician was at my 3,500 square foot house for outdoor pest control. As per Wayne's own informational video, this is a 3-part job. The spray was applied sporadically, missing a large majority of the foundation (approximately 80% was untreated). No granular treatment was applied. No "brush service" was performed. I honestly don’t know what to say, I haven’t seen any one change my termite situation in a while then I have a few sticking out the ground so I know it’s has been inspected by anyone in awhile. I pay in full every year and this the kind of service I get or maybe I’m missing something but I should feel like I’m getting my money worth when it comes to this matter.
