No Customer Service Contacted Waynes overhead door on June 11, 2013. Talked with their service manager and he said he would order the openers and would be able to installed on June 18th. I called on the 18th and the service manager said we had a misunderstanding about what I wanted. This was untrue. He said he would order the parts and it would be about 1 week.
