We arrived home late to find our home unusually warm and the A/C not functioning properly. We contacted Waynes at 9:30am the next morning and they had the issues diagnosed and repaired by 1pm the same day. Excellent customer service, excellent service technician, and a happy customer who's comfortable inside.

Madison Whitmer is AMAZING. She keeps on top of annual service scheduling, informs customers of specials and services. I had no idea how many services Waynes offered until speaking with her! Madison is polite, professional, knowledgeable and she went out of her way to get us on the books for our maintenance of our Wayne’s HVAC units. This is a family run business that truly cares. Thank you Madison, and for letting me know our technicians name before he arrives.
