The next time one of your Ford Super Dutys like the one that came up behind me on the Mass Pike at 4:45 a.m. rides that close to the back of my truck again I'm going to jack the brakes and put the guy driving right through the windshield and I promise bunch of morons
I did not actually have their service done because they stood me up. I had to take off early from work because I work an hour away from my residence. When I pull in at my scheduled time my realitor was on the phone inquiring about where they were the lady said they wouldn't be able to make it. I would not have minded a phone call before I left work so I could have stayed. It is just common curtosy to call if you cannot make it or think you cannot. last year I called for a service was very efficient and the cost was reasonable. But this year I called again for a PREVENTIVE service and I was charge double. I'm very disappointment.
