Dropped a 1993 geo tracker off, to get the belt tensioners looked at. I went to the front desk and told him the problem, he met me with his suggestion. Which I have no idea how he could be so sure, when he hadn’t even looked at the car, heard the car, or been given more then 3 seconds of a description of “squeaking in 3rd and 4th”. Excellent! Had taken my Jeep to a Dealership for a simple oil pressure sensor replacement , tried to take advantage of the situation with a dishonest quote of saying I had to replace the oil pump to solve the issue Wayne’s Auto Center took care of problem honestly and quickly with a fair reasonable cost ! Highly recommended!!!!!
Shawn was the nicest guy. He made time to look my car over after it just stopped working right. Found the problem. Couldn't get the parts from the store til the next day but found a friend who had them in stock. Knowing I needed my car he did everything he could and his pricing is so fair. I have found a mechanic for life.
I have had dealing with this shop since a kid when my father would have work done on his car I have always been pleased with the work on both the body and motor. I most of all appreciate the honesty on all situation. If in limbo about taking your vehicle to a shop don't hesitate
Two weeks ago my old truck broke down, I believed the timing chains came off in the engine. Talked to a number of repair shop in the martinsville area about repairing my truck but most would not even talk to be about repairing my truck, but when I talked to Wayne's they took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted them to do to repair my truck Shawn talked about my options were and we decide on the best way to repair my truck. Let's just say I was a nervous wreck when my truck broke down about a month ago... I wasn't sure who to call when my mom suggested this shop. So I had to wait until a Monday to call because my truck had broke down on Saturday. I called him Monday morning and he said sure I will send someone right away. They got there in about 20 mins.
