Pump failed 2 years into a 3 year warranty. They will not honor warranty. Customer service is awful! Looks like I'm not the only one to have an issue with a warranty claim.
Weaseled out of warranty service for 5 week old pump. I am using it to move water up 20 feet to an open hose for 30 to 45 minutes per day. I have two of these to keep the run time down. I am using the suplied filter and hose for the inlet and a 50 foot 5/8 inch garden hose for the outlet. But now one will only run for 10 minutes then shuts down. I am in New England and we just had a few days in the 90's. Pumps ran great up to the heat wave. Figured when temps cool pump will not cycle on the hi temp safety switch but this did... read more

Impossible company to deal with. Misrepesent warranties and have very rude customer support. Would recommend "anyone else" for your pump business. Won't do any more business with Wayne Water.
