Without a doubt, Wayne Pumps has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Purchased cws100 deep well pump and needed the converter to shallow well. Twice the technical service told me they didnt make the converter. Third call the tech said she cant understand why they told you that. They make the converter and provided me the product number. Purchased at Blains Supply and works geat.
Extemely unproffesional, would give 0 stars if i could. I have been trying to get ahold of them for two weeks! called every number, followed every extention and have sent 6 emails. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 buisness days. Its been two weeks.
This company is as unprofessional it can be. They serve as the warranty for water pumps sold by Lowes. THEY ARE INCREDIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL. The best thing you can do is to report them to the respective Federal and State consumer protection agencies if you want to get a response.
had an issue with an older discontinued model water pump i had. Took it apart, cleaned it still wouldn’t suck water. I called customer service she walked me thru a few things and found my gasket had fallen apart and was the failure. Company shipped me out a new gasket at no cost to me and i had it in two days. Once received out back together with new gasket and pump runs like new! Now that’s what I call great amazing customer service!
The folks at Wayne Water were easy to work with and understand. The first call explained how everything would happen through a few emails and what was needed from me. I supplied the required items and the warranty was honored without question, with a new replacement. My first WAYNE water pump in my home worked flawless for 20 years. I replaced it while it was still working and it will continue in use, as an irrigation pump. Wayne Water rocks !
