Update: 8/21/2017: Went in a second time at 5:30pm, and to be fair they close at 7pm which I thought was plenty of time. I was greeted by someone who was doing intake, working desk, and doing discharges....so there was no time for things like care or manners. Was told my insurance could not be validated online and they would not call to verify because they had no time and had other patients to see (I was only person in waiting room). getto lady upfront and they told me stuff that was completly wrong about my history. i would go across the street
Waste of time and money!!!! Had to pay out of pocket and i was miss diagnosed and treated with the wrong medication! Very disappointed at this urgent care. The doctor is very inconsiderate.
