After 19 years my water heater started leaking, so i ordered one from Home Depot and called Wayne Turner Plumping for help. They responded quickly within hours and charged very reasonable price for water heater replacement; they lifted the water heater straight up with hands without problem and I was using heavy dolly... the gave warranty ...They provided drainage pan and all plumping.
My hot water tank was spraying water every where. Wayne Turner plumbing came to my rescue stopped the water. And came back today and replaced the tank. I am so grateful for the speed and concern, Matt Mallard showed me . He was very detailed explaining how to shut the tank off should an event happen. I am very comfortable giving a 5 star review. Thank you Matt. Any plumbing issues I will call again.

I will always do my plumbing with Turner now that I have been visited by a tech Named Matt for a water heater replacement, I mean, this guy literally audited my house in the area where the heater is supposed to be, and found a few different discrepancies that no one else has found in five years that I’ve lived here. I mean this Problem was a big one. The water outlet pipe that is supposed to go outside to push out excess water whenever the water heater needs to was literally spackled over by Someone who re-spackled the wall ... read more
