This stems from the service (lack of service is more accurate), that my daughters is getting from this business with her 2023 Toyota Highlander on a 3-year lease. She has been waiting since the end of May just for diagnostic to look at it. The AC hasn’t worked since then. So she took it in on July 3rd, had the vehicle all day, and now they have to wait for approval to order the part. I recently had my Lexus serviced at Toyota and was impressed by their knowledgeable and courteous staff. The efficient and thorough service left me highly satisfied with the overall experience.
Don't trust your vehicle with this garage. No remorse for incompetent (& overpriced) work being done. Find a smaller garage that cares about your car. *I spent 40 mins waiting for answers and being ignored by your dishonest staff. So save the copy/paste reply about reaching out to your service manager. I should be reaching out to an attorney.
