I just left your Wayne location almost in tears bc your sales girl was so nasty. I’m sorry that it’s just a fireplace, but you don’t have to treat people like garbage when they ask you for help. My wife and I were doing a bathroom remodel. When we arrived at Wayne Tile, Ken helped us pick out the tiling for the project. With his help, it only took 15 minutes to look at a number of options and to choose the tile style that we liked. We went back a week later to order the tile (which only took a couple of minutes). We want to highly recommend Nikki King at Wayne Tile in Randolph who is all at the same time: Idea Generator, Designer, User Friendly Human Being, Simpatico, and comes with a good sense of humor to make the whole tile buying experience tolerable.
