unprofessional and will never go back, recieved a bill and everything was covered under my insurance. when trying to contact them in regards to the matter they dont respond or tell them to speak to their lawyer
RecommendedThis is the third visit for a colonoscopy. Everyone on the staff here is friendly, caring and put you at ease. They take the time to explain everything to you step by step.
Highly professional staff and doctors . Plenty of convenient parking. Comfortable waiting area . Do your doctor and the facility a courtesy and arrive early . I have had 7 epidurals , rotator cuff tendon repair and knee injections . First class facility .
The nurses are the only staff who deserves the star I gave. Management and billing are not friendly and misleading. They collected my deductible before the surgery with only 1 day notice. Then when my deductible hit a different claim that I had to still pay, they decided to take my deductible money and apply it to my co-insurance amount. When discussed with the billing manager that I have the right to be given the option, she was nasty and hang up the phone. Great experience, friendly staff, timely response and attention to any and all needs and questions.
Diane/Diana and Angela were very nice and everything went smoothly! Dr Scher performed needle extraction from swollen parotid gland behind right side of jaw. Three needles used. Pretty interesting sensation... After skin numbing cream, felt like a mosquito piercing skin, and minor sensation once needle is in... Then done and out the door 7:15!
Had knee surgery and this place was AMAZING...staff members: Sue, Ursula Dr. Matarese and everyone else..Thank you thank you....
Don't go there. They promise you everything is covered by the insurance then yyou get bills frfrom them then sued then wage garnishment.. Thieves!!!!
The nurses were very caring. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout my procedure. My nurse Robin went out of her way to let me use the rest room though she would have to re sterilize my leg and boy was I thankful. Mike the male nurse who also took care of me even gave me a high five when I first came under his care. I would highly recommend Wayne surgical center to my friends and family
