If you're looking for a DBT skills group, the one here is competent. Individual therapy services, however, are laughable. I wasted four months with one Matthew Jennings, who patently did not listen to me. I can't really expound on that, but I'll tell you this much: if you tell this man the sky is blue, he'll later say to you, "so earlier, you said the sky was orange."
