I was recently there as a new patient. The office visit has gone fine. I was quoted a copay of $45.00. The copay was quoted before and after the visit. I was floored when I had received a bill for $248.42! Their billing department rep said it did not include my deductible. My issue is that they need to get an accurate estimate! Doctor visits are stressful enough!
We had an appointment at 9:00 and they said to be there 20 minutes before and it’s been a hour and half and we are still not in the room yet !! The lady at the front desk is very rude unprofessional mean and trashy talking hood rat !!!
They are warm and friendly. They make sure you are happy Large waiting room Clean Smiles, I would give them more than 5 stars. This is the only doctor office I've been to where they put you 1st instead of ignoring you
Your time is unimportant to them….so I suggest you don’t waste your time booking appointments at this location! They double book medical providers with patients and give unjustifiable excuses for long wait times! They simply do not care about their patients!
The Staff is The RUDEST I HAVE EVER encountered. They talk down to you from the moment you walk in, ignore you when you speak to them, and have no compassion for the patient. Dr Lin is great but the staff doesn't outweigh how good he is. Do NOT GO THERE... you will regret it!
