After waiting about an hour, I was finally placed in a room and waited another 10 minutes before a different doctor came in instead of the doctor I scheduled with. my scheduled doctor speaks Arabic. Terrible receptionist at the clinic.My doctor cancelled my appointment and they didn't even notify me. Terrible experience. I will change my doctor just because of the receptionist so bad.
I take my mother here and for some reason they never send over the prescriptions!!! It’s been 5 days and they have not sent over her rx to the pharmacy. I call them and all they have to say is they’ll send a message to the doctor! The doctor that never seen her in the first place and was only advised by residents ! Very unprofessional of this office!!
Had to wait two hours before I even got a room doctor was nice but not worth waiting two hours didn’t even get done what I needed had to reached two weeks out and miss work again. when I was done I was sent up front to get my referral and schedule next appoint never got referral because I was told to get away from her desk and she’d call me back. I waited 15min than I had to leave. By the time I left u was there for over 3 hours. For a 20 min appt.
