The owner is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They previously installed an irrigation zone that was damaged during town road work, and the job was completed at a reasonable price. I was very satisfied with that experience. However, I had a very different experience the second time I called. Another sprinkler head on a different zone along the same line was missing because the fitting where the sprinkler head screws in was broken.
