Our property manager, Holley Hartdegen, is extremely helpful, attentive, and fair. There are semi-annual inspections that are designed to upkeep the property, and it is easy to submit tickets for anything that needs attention. Anytime there is a weather event (as is common in Louisiana), there are announcements with tips and information, and Holley checks in afterwards to ensure everything is okay. We really enjoy our property and interacting with the property manager for anything we need. I would highly recommend!

Wayne Songy made my experience in selling my condo super easy and really quick. Wayne offered his advice and suggestions for selling the condo and it worked well.
