You can call Wayne 100 times. He will not answer. You can text him. You can call his office during business hours. He still will not answer. Dog the bounty hunter probably couldn't get a hold of this guy. His son should take over all operations until his daddy figures out how to answer the phone
I would never deal with these people, kept a 2,500 deposit on a rental property that was getting demolished during Covid and a pandemic. Sick money hungry people they are just here to manage inherited properties that no one feels like dealing with and then just keep your deposit
With the housing market in absolute shambles, and Louisiana being the land of the slack-jawed, these vultures are seeking to pick one’s carcass dry (with interest). What’s more interesting is that the people working here even lie about their degrees/earned credentials; a general studies degree is nothing more than a general studies degree, you can’t call it something else because you feel like it.
I have been using Wayne Songy to manage a few rental units for me as we have moved out of state. I am satisfied with his management. My tenants are overall happy with the management company.
