Excellent service from Brandon today! I was treated fairly in all respects and the shop people quickly solved the technical issues. Again, today I was well treated at Shouldice by Brandon and th e excellent team there.
I've had repairs done to my car twice in the last couple of years and both times have been impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I've dealt with Brendan each time and he has been very personable and knowledgeable. Most recently I went to pick up my car and was in a rush due to a personal matter. Cathy (who I think is one of the owners) went above and beyond to coordinate the return of my rental car which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Shouldice Collision.
Amazing service! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is an amazing company. My SUV was bumping on the rear on the bottom right. They did a good job repairing it. I am really happy with the result. It was a good deal at a price.
