I've had repairs done to my car twice in the last couple of years and both times have been impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I've dealt with Brendan each time and he has been very personable and knowledgeable. Most recently I went to pick up my car and was in a rush due to a personal matter. Cathy (who I think is one of the owners) went above and beyond to coordinate the return of my rental car which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Shouldice Collision.

It is an amazing company. My SUV was bumping on the rear on the bottom right. They did a good job repairing it. I am really happy with the result. It was a good deal at a price.
Work was done well, but we were originally book in for April 21st and we were asked if we could put it back two weeks because they were busy, which we agreed to. We took the car in on May 5th at 8am. and were told that the car would be ready May 8th or 9th. We did not get our car back until May 15th. This was 8 and a half business days and the hours billed for work was only 23hours.
