My appointment today at 1:15 p.m. for a hearing test and consultation. I arrived at 1:03 p.m. and waited while the staff member at the check-in window completed a phone call. While waiting, I overheard a patient ask the check-out staff member for help locating Bon Secours Westchester, where the patient had an upcoming appointment.
