There was nothing special about the food. The mashed potatoes didn’t taste good. The fries were cold. The gravy looked thick and gross, but my husband said it tasted okay. The decor was cool, but that’s it.
Food was ok.... not great but not bad. They won’t substitute ANYTHING! They don’t care if you are allergic to one of the sides. Her response.... you have 2 more on the plate.....Got it sugar. Best in the area.
onion rings , fried shrimp ,almond cake , GREAT service in a 60s style dinner.
