There is a first time for everything and this was a first for us. We have traveled w my Service Dog Lucy all across the US and Canada. Today Wayne's Family Diner in Pensecola Fl they refused to seat us and said it was their right to deny service to anyone they did not want to serve! The woman was so ignorant and backwoods that it was not even worth an ADA argument. The establishment was reported to the ADA and to the IADP and the local paper is being called.... Cute 50's style restaurant with friendly staff and great food for a reasonable price. My friends and I ate here after visiting the Navy museum. They had burgers with homemade onion rings. I had meatloaf with mashed potatoes. The food was served quickly and it all tasted homemade. We topped it off with a chocolate malt that was delicious!!!! It's not very often that I eat at a restaurant and have no complaints. But I can honestly say that I have zero complaints about this place.
