This is a quiet town where nothing happens so you'd think the front desk staff would have some sense of urgency to help their clients. I had no such experience, Rosemary K. in particular was either too inept or did not care enough to assist me in a timely manner. Disgraceful. We all have to have a sense of urgency at our jobs, so why are these people exempt? Especially after all the money we give them?

I would be wary of doing business with Gigi. In my experience, her conduct with married clients raised serious ethical concerns and reflected poor professional boundaries. Integrity and trust are essential in any business relationship.
