Get there 3 minutes before close, which I realize is inconvenient but they close at 4:30pm so not a whole lot of availability if you have a problem in the evening. Anyway, was told their 4:30 appointment was booked. Is this not a walk in clinic?? If I can’t walk in and receive help then don’t advertise it as such!
The staff were very compassionate, professional and welcoming.
