Had a great experience. The latch on my car door broke and I called them first thing the next day. They said I could bring my car right away so they could take a look. Despite being fully booked for the next 3 days, they went above and beyond to replace the broken latch for me within a couple hours.
Wayne Pitman Service is by far the best service department I've ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and took care of me and my Escape every step of the way. Shout out to Tyler- he was very kind and always provided his utmost honesty.

I had an issue with my vehicle which I really felt was a problem caused by incorrect Ford protocols. In short, the problem could only be corrected using FDRS. I really needed my vehicle and asked service if anything could be done. The woman in scheduling was great: understood my dilemma, did some checking and told me to come in. The service agent then assigned a mechanic (Joshua) to meet me in the parking lot with his FDRS laptop. Plugged in for a few minutes, sorted the issue and I was on my way!
