I had an issue with my vehicle which I really felt was a problem caused by incorrect Ford protocols. In short, the problem could only be corrected using FDRS. I really needed my vehicle and asked service if anything could be done. The woman in scheduling was great: understood my dilemma, did some checking and told me to come in. The service agent then assigned a mechanic (Joshua) to meet me in the parking lot with his FDRS laptop. Plugged in for a few minutes, sorted the issue and I was on my way!
