Chris one of the service advisors blatantly lied and was adamant regarding some issues not being under warranty. I contacted Ford myself and indeed the issues were covered under warranty. When I called back, I spoke to a lady who confirmed that diagnosis was covered under warranty. She laughed and said it only took her 30 seconds to look it up and indeed confirm that diagnosis was covered. I’ve been here half a dozen times over the last few years. Only time I have had a positive experience is when I have been helped by the Natasha on the service team. Even then, the service team completely missed my exhaust pipe needing repair and laughed when I highlighted the noise. Salesman also talked me into a 3 year warranty plan that Ford won’t cover.
Not recommended at all
They didn’t have the parts I needed because ford had discontinued production but used their connections to find dealerships in ontario that still stocked it. A company that helps a customer outside of commerce?! Simply amazing
