This experience was very negative, and afterward, we discovered that Mr. Pellegrini was playing both sides which kept us stuck when a solution could have been easily found. Mr. Pellegrini and his whole staff are professional and make a very stressful situation a little less unpleasant. The only thing that really surprised me was when Mr. Pellegrini informed me that the opposing party was being very agreeable, which was different than what the paperwork showed as it kept being returned to their original demands instead of making any compromises. Wayne Pelligrini was biased in mediation and favored the other attorney who brought him a lot of business. I have friends who have told me the same thing. Do not use him.

I felt very comfortable and confident that the best outcome was reached on my behalf. And Wayne is a super nice guy as is his entire staff.
