Called today, hoping for an appointment. My primary doc gave me their #. I call up, whoever was on the other end was whispering, I couldn't hear them all that well. I asked the person from this place, if they could speak up louder please. Instead they hung up on me. Extremely rude to be hanging up on someone that wanted to make an appointment. I'm sharing this horrible experience to my primary when I see him, and ask for someone else that isn't rude.
