Norwood Manor apartments in Winchester used to be alright. Now every where outside is covered in dog sh*t and several tenants just let their pitbulls and other large dogs roam free to bark at and chase the children who live here. I have had to pepper spray two different dogs one of them a very large pitbull coming at my children after dark and the owner wasnt even outside.
