Stopped in around 0620 and was seen within 5 minutes for my blood to be drawn. Phlebotomist and receptionist were both kind and had professional.
Took my 2 year old daughter to get bloodwork done we get in the room the lady kept asking what township we lived In I had told her we don’t live in a township we live in Lackawanna county she asked again with attitude none the less & I repeated myself my daughter also has autism & she put up a fight (what kid wouldn’t honestly) while she stuck my daughter with the needle she said “I just guessed on where the vein was” now my poor daughter has a huge bruise on her arm :/ absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL
Got there before work to do bloodwork. They were supposed to be available to do lab work at 6am and they couldn’t get anyone until 7am at the earliest. I couldn’t wait.
If you need your results faxed somewhere for next week, go somewhere else. I had to call around for 2 days to find where my EKG results were, and finally got someone who could help me. I can not reschedule this surgery, so having this stress of nobody having my results was not necessary.
