Worst customer service. After I bought the car….. no one answers my calls anymore.

Great dealership. I bought my Mazda CX-90 last week qnd the whole experience was great. I'd like to mention specifically the sales representative Maryam Atallah! She was very welcoming and stood with us the whole day till we got approved and got the car. Great service and hospitality of hers made the whole experience amazing! Definitely recommend this place and Maryam as the specialist to work with!
The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had! In the past three years, I’ve never been charged for an oil change at any dealership, but this place charged me. On top of that, they lost my keys and spent over an hour looking for them! The Ramsey dealership is a thousand times better when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I will never come back to this place again, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone!
