Hands down the most incompetent and slow SERVICE department. A few examples: 1. For several years (yes years) tried to get them to just update my number on their service database. 2. When you call, expect to be disconnected a few times at least. 3. Impossible to get a knowledgeable person online. For example, today tried for 40 minutes to speak to someone about simply replacing the sparkpugs on my car. Truly regret buying our cars from this dealership. The sales guy - James - was great. But the service is truly poor.

Extremely professional service from Wayne Mazda leave me a deep impression! Specially thanks to Juan Giraldo, very supportive staff and is responsible for every piece of details involving in the purchase. I will recommend every person who want to buy a Mazda vehicle to come here.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership. The staff were not transparent throughout the leasing process, assigning inflated values to lower-cost vehicles without prior disclosure. When I raised concerns, Chad, the General Sales Manager, was evasive and avoided giving clear answers—likely because the team had not been forthright from the beginning.
