We recently moved to FL and needed to make some updates to our new home. The 12 year old HVAC system was high on our priority list and our realtor recommended Ben and his team. Wayne Martin and son recently installed my new air conditioning system. I was highly impressed with their professional courtesy, dependability and honesty. They addressed all my concerns. The installation team led by Ben were very knowledgeable and neat in their workmanship. I highly recommend Wayne Martin and sons to anyone who is interested in a quality install. Most importantly they respond to phone calls and text messages immediately.
I am writing this a year later because I forgot to write it after our service but they made such a positive impression on me it was important that i write this. I have not forgotten their first rate service, honesty and compassion. They deserve platinum stars, not just gold. These people are HONEST, amazing, trustworthy and maintain excellent communication. Great AC company, It is nice when you can find someone who does repairs instead of just sell. I have used them twice one for a home unit another for a business
Unprofessional called for an emergency only response I get from the guy over the phone is "we will call when we are on our way" mind you my A/C has been broken since 3 am and I called at 8 am it is almost 4 and not a call and not an ETA nothing, I got 2 kids at home and it's 84° in there all around horrible service would not recommend Update: please stop with the lies I called only 3 times in the day at 8am at 11:30 am and again at 3:30 pm please sir an apology goes further than lies, yes I am a tenant but that doesn't mean ... read more
