RecommendedI went to Texas State Optical for the first time today. I went for an eye exam and to pick out new glasses. Dr. Joe did the eye exam and took a look at my eyes. Marsha helped me pick out new glasses and explained everything there was to know about the different kind of lenses. Everyone there was kind, professional, neat, thorough, experienced and very knowledgeable. I have never had a better experience anywhere else for glasses. My rating is based on the so called "Professional" Dr. Ayesha Butt not based on the office. I have no complains about the office or the staff they were always really polite and kind to me. I got my eyes and contacts exam with this Dr. My first trial of contacts was okay the only problem with that 1st trial was that my vision on the R eye was not so good so she went ahead and ordered a 2nd trial when i got the 2nd trial my vision was better. This office is amazing! We came in to get my 3 year old new glasses and they made her feel so comfortable! They were doing everything they could to prevent her from crying and even went above and beyond to make her happy. She loves her new glasses!

We Dr. Ho dry nice lady & staff the problem I have is wait for a very long time. We were there at 4:00 till 6:00 just for an eye exam, very long for a child who needs to start on homework
