Make sure you write them a written notice when you remove your items from their storage because my son found out telling them verbally isn’t enough and they charged him $120 for an empty storage unit said it had to be a written notice. The lady wasn’t very helpful with the situation and it didn’t say anything about this stipulation in the contract.
Definitely do not recommend, I "texted" them last month stating i was finished with my unit, they continued on with my payment after the fact. Very unprofessional. 0 stars for me
