I like Dr. Mackenzie, but I have tried calling 3 times this week to set up a follow up. I just started a new medication and he asked me to see him in 2 weeks again. Kind of hard to do when nobody will answer their phones in order to set up an appointment. I just spent an hour as "number 1 in the queue" waiting for a response.
Help me when I was in need
Dr Wayne Mackenzie is okay but his office staff - one woman, makes his service unbearable. She is rude, condescending, and always says “how do I know, I’m not a psychiatrist, I’m just front desk.” I’ve tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I highly advise against starting services here. Every month my sons Rx gets called In late & if you’re a parent of a kiddo NEEDING their meds daily, this is completely unacceptable.
