I had a really good experience with Dr. Tong and his staff. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years. Everyone was professional, patient, and reassuring. Dr. Tong took the time to explain the treatment I needed. One thing I really appreciated was his transparency. He made it clear that he would never proceed with anything that could result in an out-of-pocket cost without discussing it with me first. I was genuinely surprised and disappointed to learn that, after being a patient for six years, I was dismissed from this practice because of two or three canceled appointments. What made this especially frustrating was that there was no warning, no discussion, and no opportunity to resolve the issue before the decision was made. From someone who didn’t have a consistent dentist, this is my guy! He’s genuine and takes good care of my teeth. He handles my teeth with care and is intentional with his work. 1000/10 recommend.
Dr. Wayne Tong is nothing short of professional! Those shared fears people have regarding dentists are nothing but myth in his care. He’s careful, precise, and knowledgeable about his work. Most people limbo with choosing dentists, choosing between a cold and extremely skilled practitioner or a warm but rather unskilled practitioner; well, no more compromise! This is the place where you’ll receive the care that you both want AND need! Five stars!
Dr. Tong is a very compassionate, caring, and very professional person. I hate going to the dentist but he makes it very easy and relaxing when I go there.
