Beware! One of the mechanics doesn’t know correct chain tension. Totally over tightened mine during a basic service before a return ride back to VIC. Transmission started howling after a day riding so dropped in to Bowen Motorcycles on day two. The guy was amazed how tight it had been set with concerns about gearbox! You trust these guys to do a good job … and you just can’t. Was really expensive for a basic service too, plus there was a line item on the invoice to check clutch cable… the bike has a hydraulic clutch. Not hap... read more

What an excellent bunch of enthusiast's that also work there. Not only do they have bikes for sale but every part you could think of plus 'projects' underway for you to actually see upgrades you never even thought of happening right there. The staff are amazing and certainly know their stuff. 12/10 folks for your efforts. It shows in how customers are dealt with
