I wad really scared about a lesion on my shin from sun exposure. Dr. L was patient and kind and wow! I ended up with no scar! I was amazed. It was a difficult surgery, and very painful (not much skin to work with, as it eas right on top of the shin bone!). But I have almost no sign of the surgery a year later. He is an amazing surgeon!
