Great place to raise a family ( in the 70's ) and a great place to retire to, now.
6 miles to New Madison, 6 miles to Greenville, 6 miles to a major secondary road which will take you to an international airport where you can board and see the world...with a couple lay-overs!
It's always a great time in Wayne Lakes!!! My extended family lives there. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and it is awesome to take walks or drive the golf cart around to see the friendly faces out in their yards sprucing things up or getting ready for a particular season!!! I like Christmas 🎄 out there. The decorations are pretty festive, especially my step daughter and son in law's place!!!
