My 18yo son has been having some difficulty and I researched online looking for a highly rated doc who treats ED. Yes, he is 18 and not within his typical patient demographic but that should not matter. He acted astonished and confused as to why a patient so young was coming in for a consult. My son, who is already feeling terrible about what is going on, was made to feel further alienated when the doctor expressed that he "never sees patients so young". Very hurt and disappointed.

Erection problems in an 18yo can have many causes: hormone deficiency, abnormal puberty, genetics, low hormones, psychosocial issues, brain irregularities. Due to its complexity, we recognize that we are not the best place for treating teenage sexual dysfunction. Our new policy is that scheduling under the age of 20 requires physician approval to ensure that we can help.
Much better experience than I could have expected! I can't imagine anywhere is better than here for vasectomy. comfortable, professional, talks through the procedure, great help. done before I even knew it

I had a vasectomy performed by Dr. Kuang on November 23, 2017. Needless to say, I was nervous ahead of the procedure. The doctor and his staff put me completely at ease. The visit started with an EXCELLENT cup of whole milk hot cocoa. Intake was extremely smooth as I had been given ample opportunity to fill out paperwork at home and online. Dr. Luang did an excellent job on my vasectomy and made the whole process relaxing and easy. There was minimal discomfort afterwards. Great job!

What we have found is that having a good dialogue with the doctor during the procedure or "verbal anesthesia" in combination with the anesthetic spray is the best combination for the best guest experience. We are thinking about mounting TV's to the ceiling...securely! We hope the visual distraction may help as well. Hopefully, coming soon. :) Let us know what you would've wanted to watch on the screen.
Dr. Kuang made the vasectomy experience quite "painless". His unassuming demeanor and quiet confidence put me at ease for the operation and I found myself surprised at how quickly it was over, and how un-awkward the whole experience was. I won't say that there wasn't some physical discomfort but most of us men wouldn't blink an eye at risking the same amount of pain in sports or outdoor recreation. I'd highly recommend Dr. Kuang and his team.

The no-needle anesthetic spray technology is definitely a "game changer" for a vasectomy compared to the days of needles, syringes and putting the guy's legs up in stirrups. Our men really appreciate the comfort and discreteness of being able to just lie down and not have to take off all their clothes. Plus being able to chill out on the couch watching the Crossfit Championships or rugby on the flat screen TV helps as well. Thanks for the support.
