Dr. Knoll was quick and informative. I appreciated his bedside manner and my procedures were painless. Katie (I believe is the receptionist’s name) was very friendly and efficient. Had a great overall experience and will recommend them.
I am a busy mom with a 1 year old. My appointment was at 9:15. I got there a little late, 10 minutes to be exact. The next appointment was at 10am and she was there, older lady who as soon as I walked in said to the receptionist "you told me I could go in shortly before this lady walked in". The receptionist tried to help me but the doctor decided that 10 minutes was too much and I needed to come back another day.
