I honestly have nothing positive to say about my experience with Wayne Hyundai’s service department. From the moment I purchased my car, dealing with service has been nothing but a nightmare. They promote lifetime oil changes, yet it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. Loaner vehicles are almost never available, which makes servicing incredibly inconvenient. After a slight oversight at the beginning of my visit, Bryan stepped up in a very big way to fix the situation. He was professional, caring, and made sure I was completely taken care of before I drove off. I really appreciate a business that puts the customer first and makes it right when things go wrong.
