I brought my car in to have the vibration fixed and they looked at it and went on a test drive and it was fine but they were WRONG!! All they had to do was look at my tires as they were missing the weights. Hundreds of dollars later and over 11 hours at dealerships who supposedly have “Master mechanics” and they couldn’t find 2 tires were missing weights?? What a joke. And $250 for a diagnostic review???? LOL. What a ripoff
Another horrible routine service experience at Wayne Hyundai. After 2+ hours of receiving a routine oil change and a complimentary car wash. I returned home to only discover deep scratches on both sides of my car windows. When I contacted the service manager Daniel about the problem, he asked us to send him pictures which I did. He later called to say it was hard for him to see the scratches because its glass. He asked if I can return the car to show him. The customer service alone for this dealership is horrible. I wouldn't even attempt to bring my car for service. Twice I had the same experience. I'll gladly drive to another dealership
I brought my car in for a safety recall which requires the replacement of the ABS fuse. After waiting for an hour I was informed they don't have the part and it will need to be ordered. I made the appointment reservation on Dec 30 for Feb 25, almost 2 months later. They had plenty of time to order the part in advance. Instead, they wasted my time and made me wait just to tell me they will contact me when they get the replacement part. I should have checked the reviews before going to this place.
