Horrific experience! I’ve come to this place for services many times this time I really had to come in for a part change and instead they wasted my whole time. Lied and didn’t even offer a solution. Very disappointed!
Terrible service experience - dropped off my vehicle on a Thursday morning for diagnostics. Following Wednesday afternoon, six days later picked it up because it did not even make it into the shop nor could they find the work order. Seems others have had the same experience. Needless to say will not be going back. Hope this helps.
The worst service center I have ever experienced. At drop off, during a scheduled appointment time, I waited around for 40 minutes before someone was able to take my car and information. It then took multiple days to hear about the cars diagnosis that I was paying $250 for. When I finally did hear back, they quoted the fix at 3x more than everywhere else charges for the same servicing.
