I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with this Genesis service department, I feel obligated to warn other customers. I brought my vehicle in because it was experiencing an extremely dangerous issue where the engine would suddenly lose power after coming to a stop, causing the vehicle to stall and fail to properly accelerate. This happened while attempting to yield into highway traffic, creating a serious safety risk not only for me, but for other drivers around me. This was not a minor inconvenience. I had the dr handle on my front passenger side on my GV80 when you went to pull open the handle with too much of a pull it stuck i phoned Wayne Hyundai parts and Service manager he said no worries told his service advisor who got ahold of his top mechanic who knew right away after looking at the issue replace the part right there on the spot I give them a 5 stairs. Never pull very hard on any make or model car on the handle to open the dr no reason too.
