I had a great experience with Wayne Homes. I was helped by Lauren at the Ravenna branch and she was very professional and guided me in the direction I wanted with my potential build.
Very nice employees! We were greeted warmly by Kayla upon entering, had all our questions answered, with no pressure. Sarah worked with us to select and design a home we were interested in, explained financing options and also answered any questions/ addressed any concerns. We were very impressed by these ladies and would like to recommend them to any one looking to build their own home.

No quality here. Electric installed incorrectly. Bathroom fan not attached to switch can't turn off. Outside lights wired incorrectly found snipped live wires in the wall. Plumbing installed incorrectly. No trap on the shower and pipes installed in front of vents, inside of closets not painted, garage door seals peeling off, stairs unsteady, basically everytime i go to check something i find another example of poor workmanship.
